Who this is with
These terms are an agreement between you and VVES Sp. z o.o., which operates MetricPeek. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

What the service is
MetricPeek analyses public social media data, generates content with AI, and publishes to social networks on your behalf. It reads data from platforms we do not control and publishes through providers we do not control, which shapes several of the clauses below.
Your account
- You need a verified email address, and while we are opening the service gradually, a new account may wait for approval before it can be used.
- The account is yours. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has them.
- One account is for one person or one organisation. Sharing one login across a team is not what it is priced for.
- You can delete your account at any time from your settings. That removes the account and its data.
Plans and credits
- Every module is available on every plan, including the free one. What a plan sets is your monthly credit allowance, your capacity limits and a small number of capabilities.
- Credits pay for actions that cost us money: fetching data from a platform or asking an AI model to generate something. Reading what you already paid for is always free.
- Credits are added to your balance each cycle and stay there when you change plan. A failed action is refunded automatically, and an action that returns nothing is not charged.
- Capacity limits — connected accounts, storage, tracked profiles and reports, how far ahead you can schedule — apply to what you do next, not retroactively. Moving to a smaller plan never shortens a data window you already have or stops a series already running.

Paying
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and any applicable tax is added at checkout.
- A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; the plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Changing plan mid-period is handled by Stripe and prorated.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it is settled. Your data is not deleted because of a failed payment.
- If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw within fourteen days. Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately, starting to use it means asking us to begin performance during that period. Beyond that, contact us and we will look at it individually.
What you may not do
- Break the rules of the platforms you connect. Their terms apply to your accounts, and nothing here overrides them.
- Publish content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have the right to publish.
- Use the service to harass, impersonate or profile individuals.
- Resell the data we fetch, or work around credit accounting, rate limits or plan limits by technical means.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
We may suspend an account that does any of these, and we will say why.
Who owns what
- Your content stays yours: what you upload, what you write, and what the AI generates for you. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, process it and publish it where you tell us to.
- The service itself — the software, the design, the scoring models — stays ours.
- Public data we fetch about third parties belongs to whoever it belonged to before. We give you a working copy for analysis; we do not sell you rights to it.
- AI output is generated on request and is not guaranteed to be unique. Check it before you publish it.
What we do not promise
- That a social platform will keep working the way it does today. Platforms change their rules and their interfaces, sometimes without warning, and features that depend on them can change or stop.
- That published numbers are the platform's final word. Metrics are captured at fixed moments after publication and are as accurate as what the platform returned then.
- That AI-generated text or analysis is correct. It is a starting point, not an authority.
- Uninterrupted availability. We will keep it running and tell you when something is broken, but this is not sold with an uptime guarantee.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under Polish law, including consumer rights.
Beyond that, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost audience or indirect damage — including anything a social platform does to your account.
Ending it
- You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription or deleting your account.
- We may end the agreement with notice, or immediately if the account is being used in a way described under "What you may not do".
- If we end it without cause, we refund the unused part of what you paid.
Changes, law and disputes
We may change these terms. The date at the top says when the current version took effect, and we will notify account holders by email before a material change applies to them. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the new version.
Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform. Otherwise, disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered seat.
