Publishing and Scheduling

Write once, adapt it where a platform needs something different, and schedule it. Then see, per account, what actually went out and how it did.

4
metric snapshots per post: after an hour, a day, a week, a month

Compose once, fit everywhere

  • One caption is the starting point, and any account can override it — different wording, a different crop, a different placement.
  • Every platform's own rules are checked before you schedule: what is a hard blocker is separated from what is only worth knowing.
  • Each platform gets its own preview, so you see what your audience will see rather than a generic card.
  • AI writes or rewrites captions, adapts them for a specific platform, translates them, and suggests hashtags.

Schedule and calendar

  • Scheduling happens in your timezone and survives daylight-saving changes rather than quietly shifting an hour.
  • Recurring series repeat daily, weekly or monthly, ending never, on a date, or after a number of runs.
  • A month or week calendar you can drag posts around in, and a queue that lists everything waiting to go out.

What happened after

  • Delivery is reported per account, so one network failing is visible as exactly that, with a retry for that account alone.
  • Metrics are captured automatically an hour, a day, a week and a month after publication, which makes two posts comparable at the same age.
  • Per-account and per-platform breakdowns, so a post that worked on one network and died on another does not average into nothing.

How credits work

What never costs credits

  • Publishing and scheduling itself, to any number of accounts.
  • Recurring series, the calendar, the queue, previews and per-account overrides.
  • Delivery status, retries and refreshing a post's metrics by hand.

What it does not do

  • Tagging people in a photo works on Instagram and Facebook only.
  • A TikTok post sent as a draft lands in the creator's TikTok inbox for them to finish, which is TikTok's own rule, not ours.
  • Metrics are captured at fixed ages rather than streamed live, and only for accounts where the post actually published.
  • Post analytics is a paid-plan feature. Recurring series start on Pro.
  • How far ahead you can schedule, and how many posts you can send per month, follow your plan.
